Not only will the Atlantic Coast Pipeline put Virginians to work in thousands of good-paying construction jobs, it will continue to benefit our state long after it goes into production.

First, we will benefit from an increase in available natural gas, an affordable and reliable source of energy. This means lower bills for homes, schools, hospitals and communities. And, it will give our businesses an opportunity to grow. Second, the annual tax revenue from the project—expected to be in the millions each year—will be significant for our state’s economy. This money will impact all Virginians, whether the pipeline directly supplies them or not.
